Ex-Comverse Chief Tracked Down In Sri Lanka

Law360, New York (August 24, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Comverse Technology Inc. founder and former chief executive Jacob “Kobi” Alexander has reportedly been tracked down in Sri Lanka by a private investigator hired by a U.S. venture capital fund seeking to keep Comverse’s stock price up.

Israeli daily newspaper Ma’ariv reported in its online edition that Alexander had been located after making a phone call from Sri Lanka to Israel. He is believed to be living in the Sri Lankan fishing village of Nagomba.
