FCC Plans To List Counties For Biz Data Deregulation

Law360, Washington (May 1, 2017, 7:31 PM EDT) -- The Federal Communications Commission said Friday it plans to reveal which regions of the country will be deemed competitive and subject to deregulation for the business data services market and that it's seeking any objections from affected companies before it does.
