It's a bit early in the game for a proper statistical analysis of the volume of new trade cases launched on Trump's watch, but what seems clear in the early going is that companies will look beyond conventional anti-dumping and countervailing duty proceedings to stem the tide of imports allegedly nudging them out of the market.
