2nd Circ. Eyes Fees In $22M Modeling Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (March 18, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has asked a district court for the second time to reconsider the fees it awarded attorneys who represented a class of models in a $22 million settlement over alleged price-fixing by top New York modeling agencies.
