Nuvio Becomes 4th To Exit VoxPath VoIP Patent Spat

Law360 (March 18, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has signed off on the stipulated dismissal of Nuvio Corp. from a lawsuit brought by VoxPath Networks Inc. over a patent covering Voice Over Internet Protocol technology, making Nuvio the fourth defendant to exit the infringement dispute.

Judge Richard A. Schell of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York on Monday approved the dismissal of all claims and counterclaims in the suit without prejudice.

Both sides agreed to pay their own costs and attorneys' fees, according to the order....
