Law360, New York (May 10, 2017, 7:06 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Tuesday paused a Puerto Rican company's suit accusing a medical group of swindling the company out of its stake in a shared dialysis clinic, finding that a tribunal must decide if the dispute can be arbitrated.
