CMS Seeks Toss Of Nurses' Pain Care Reimbursement Row

Law360, Chicago (May 11, 2017, 6:00 PM EDT) -- Certified registered nurse anesthetists suing the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and a government contractor for denying reimbursement for a pain management procedure should have their case thrown out because they have not exhausted their administrative remedies, the government told an Illinois federal court Wednesday.
