Hospira Comes Out $40K Ahead In Verdict Against GSK

Law360, Chicago (May 19, 2017, 5:22 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal jury concluded on Friday that both GlaxoSmithKline and Hospira were injured by the fallout over a troubled contract to manufacture a flu vaccine and awarded both parties damages, giving Hospira a slight edge of $40,000.
