Consumers Drop 'Cane Juice' Claims Against Odwalla

Law360, New York (May 19, 2017, 4:47 PM EDT) -- The lead plaintiff in a proposed consumer class action against The Coca-Cola Co. subsidiary Odwalla Inc. asked a California federal court Thursday to dismiss the case, effectively ending a yearslong dispute over the drink maker’s use of the term “evaporated cane juice” on product labels.
