Judge Keeps Most Of Ariz. Nurses' Cartel Suit

Law360 (March 20, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied three hospitals' motion for dismissal from a class action brought by nurses in Arizona who accused a state health care association and participating hospitals of operating a cartel and suppressing wages, but tossed the plaintiffs' state law claims for interference with business expectancy and unfair competition.
