NextCard Prevails Over Chat Co. In Tech Patent Suit

Law360 (March 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A district court has tossed a declaratory judgment suit brought by Internet chat company LivePerson Inc. against patent-holding companies NextCard LLC and Marshall Credit Strategies over the validity of an online credit-card application technology patent, ruling that the court lacked jurisdiction.
