Lowe's Still On The Hook For Dryer Installation Suit

Law360 (March 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied Lowe's Home Centers Inc.'s motion to dismiss a putative class action brought by the purchaser of a clothes dryer who accuses the retail chain of knowingly using inadequate dryer vents, finding that a dispute still exists about the nature of the installation contract.
