9th Circ. Revives FedEx Managers' OT Class Action

Law360, New York (March 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has reinvigorated a class action lawsuit against FedEx Kinko's Office and Print Services Inc., overturning a summary judgment in favor of the company and calling into question whether FedEx wrongly classified its center managers as exempt from certain employment benefits.
