Blue Cross Blue Shield Wriggles Out Of ERISA Suit

Law360 (March 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge on Friday agreed to dismiss a case that accused health insurance company Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois of underpaying benefits in violation of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, citing failure to state a claim.
