Law360, New York (June 7, 2017, 4:34 PM EDT) -- The Trump administration on Tuesday urged a California federal court to toss San Francisco’s challenge to its “sanctuary cities” executive order, arguing that the city has failed to lay out a viable claim that the order would violate the U.S. Constitution.
