Bilski Test Dooms CyberSource Online Fraud Patent

Law360 (March 24, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has invalidated a patent held by CyberSource Corp. for a system to detect fraud in online credit card transactions, finding that it does not meet the Bilski test and handing a victory to Retail Decisions Inc., which had been accused of infringement.
