Law360, New York (June 13, 2017, 7:23 PM EDT) -- A $20 million jury verdict in favor of a country club management company in a fight with a real estate developer will stand after a Pennsylvania state appellate court decided Tuesday that the developer hadn’t been able to establish that its contract with the company was “unambiguous” or that the award was too high.
