Microsoft Ruling Backs Cymbalta Suit, Lilly Tells 9th Circ.

Baker that plaintiffs can’t voluntarily dismiss their suit just to appeal a denial of class certification supports Eli Lilly & Co. in similar litigation over whether the drugmaker hid the magnitude of withdrawal risks for its antidepressant Cymbalta, Lilly told the Ninth Circuit on Tuesday.
