Senators Float Reversal Of NLRB Speedy Election Rule

Law360, New York (June 15, 2017, 7:10 PM EDT) -- The chair of the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions announced on Thursday the introduction of a bill that would roll back a controversial Obama-era National Labor Relations Board union election rule meant to speed up election procedures.
