Law360, New York (June 16, 2017, 2:41 PM EDT) -- A split National Labor Relations Board on Thursday ruled that an IRS security contractor in Austin, Texas, violated federal labor law when it unilaterally departed from its disciplinary policy to fire three guards and didn't bargain when their union sought reinstatement.
