Justices To Resolve Split Over Dodd-Frank Whistleblowers

Law360, New York (June 26, 2017, 9:55 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday agreed to review whether the Dodd-Frank Act prohibits retaliation against internal whistleblowers who haven’t reported concerns about securities law violations to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, agreeing to consider an issue that has divided appellate courts.
