GE Seeks To Get Hudson Cleanup Suit Tossed

Law360, New York (March 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- General Electric Co. has moved to dismiss a lawsuit brought by six New York municipalities seeking to halt a Hudson River Superfund cleanup they say would contaminate their drinking water, on the grounds that a district court has no jurisdiction to overrule a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency order.
