Justices Gave Gov't Pushback In Several Immigration Cases

Law360, New York (June 29, 2017, 3:15 PM EDT) -- It was a busy term for the U.S. Supreme Court on immigration, with the justices weighing in on a diverse mix of issues, including citizenship-stripping, ineffective lawyering and, of course, the president's revised travel ban.
