9th Circ. Revives Suit Against Gap Over Work Wear

Law360, New York (March 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a split ruling, a federal appeals court has reversed a lower court's dismissal of a case brought by a former Gap Inc. employee who claimed the company’s policy of requiring sales associates to purchase and wear Gap clothes was illegal.
