American Airlines Agents Seek Class Cert. In OT Suit

Law360, New York (March 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of American Airlines Inc. airport agents in California have moved for class certification in a lawsuit that accuses the airline of fraudulently cutting wages and benefits during a financial squeeze and routinely failing to pay overtime wages and compensation for meal and rest breaks in violation of state labor laws.
