National Events Bankruptcy To Be Split Into Dueling Queries

Law360, New York (June 29, 2017, 10:43 PM EDT) -- The dueling creditor factions in the restructuring of defunct ticket reseller and alleged Ponzi scheme vehicle National Events Holdings LLC reached a tentative deal Thursday in New York bankruptcy court that will center around two parallel investigations into the tangled web of transactions that led to the debtor's downfall.
