Adelphia Hit With Objections To Disclosure Plan

Law360 (August 31, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Adelphia Communications Corp. has been assailed from all sides with objections to its proposed disclosure plan, with interested parties accusing the bankrupt cable provider of abandoning neutrality in intercreditor disputes and hastily drafting a reorganization plan.

Several objections have been filed to the company’s proposed disclosure plan, with opponents claiming that Adelphia, which had pledged to remain neutral in creditor disputes, had gone back on its promise in order to push the plan through.
