Class Certified In Warranty Suit V. Office Depot

Law360 (March 30, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has certified a pared-down class in a lawsuit that accuses Office Depot Inc. of marketing and selling a fraudulent warranty plan to computer purchasers in violation of California business and warranty laws.
