Insurer Told To Pay Defense In Organ Harvesting Case

Law360 (March 31, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Specialty National Insurance Co. will have to cover defense costs for a Brooklyn funeral home alleged to have engaged in an illegal body part, organ and tissue harvesting scheme that was famously exposed in 2005, a federal judge has ruled.
