Judge Won't Block Shareholder Vote Over DigitalGlobe Merger

Law360, New York (July 24, 2017, 5:26 PM EDT) -- A Colorado federal judge refused Friday to block an upcoming vote by shareholders of DigitalGlobe Inc. on whether to approve the earth imaging company's $2.4 billion tie-up with satellite communications company MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. after investor plaintiffs sued over the merger's terms.
