Kim Kardashian Faces Trademark Suit Over Makeup Line

Law360, Springfield (July 27, 2017, 5:54 PM EDT) -- A New York-based makeup artist with the same initials as Kim Kardashian-West sued the reality TV star in federal court this week, claiming Kardashian-West's new cosmetics line's branding as KKW infringes upon trademarks held by the makeup artist.
