'Web Of Misconduct' Earns Liner Grode Sanctions

Law360, New York (April 1, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A magistrate judge has sanctioned two attorneys and law firm Liner Grode Stein Yankelevitz Sunshine Regenstrief & Taylor LLP over what the judge called a “byzantine web of misconduct” related to an attorney-client dispute in a trade secrets case.
