After Delay, Judge OKs Integrated Backdating Deal

Law360, New York (April 1, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A settlement between Integrated Silicon Solutions Inc. and its officers and directors and a group of shareholders who sued the company over an options backdating scheme has received preliminary approval — after a months-long delay due to questions about Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC's role in the alleged scheme.

Judge Ronald M. Whyte of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California gave the preliminary sign-off on the settlement Tuesday after having originally declined to approve the deal in August.
