Law360, New York (April 1, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman LLP has become the rare New York-based firm to continue expanding despite the economic downturn, starting up a Miami office that will focus on commercial litigation, including antitrust and product liability cases, along with class action defense and regulatory matters.
The Miami office, which officially opened Wednesday, will initially be staffed with five partners and two associates, all of whom are litigators.
