Senate OKs Trump Pick For Energy Deputy

Law360, Washington (August 3, 2017, 4:34 PM EDT) -- Energy Secretary Rick Perry now has his deputy after a Senate vote on Thursday confirmed USAA executive Dan Brouillette as deputy secretary for the U.S. Department of Energy.

The 79-17 vote on Thursday came as part of a flood of confirmations this week that helped staff up the young administration of President Donald Trump.
