Class Action Over Stalled AA Flight Grounded

Law360 (April 3, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- While being kept in a grounded airplane is smelly, cramped and maddening, it is not unlawful, says a federal judge who rejected a putative class action on behalf of passengers on a stalled American Airlines Inc. flight.
