Purchasers Seek Class Cert. In LCD Price-Fixing MDL

Law360 (April 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of direct purchasers has moved for class certification in a multidistrict litigation that accuses a number of electronic display manufacturers, including Toshiba Corp. and Sharp Corp., of colluding to fix prices for thin film transistor liquid crystal display products.
