Charter To Seek Dismissal Of JPMorgan Suit Over $8B

Law360 (April 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Bankrupt Charter Communications Inc. has revealed that it will push to dismiss an adversary suit brought by JPMorgan Chase Bank NA over more than $8 billion in prepetition loans from the financial firm, the terms of which Charter is looking to reinstate as JPMorgan tries to press the cable giant into default.
