Law360, New York (August 30, 2017, 1:39 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Wednesday rejected the Delaware Riverkeeper Network's challenge of water permits issued by Pennsylvania for a Kinder Morgan unit's $143 million natural gas pipeline project, a week after nixing the environmental group's challenge of a permit issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for the same project.
