Contractor Pleads Guilty In NYPH Bid-Rigging Scandal

Law360 (April 8, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former owner of an asbestos monitoring contractor that provided services to New York Presbyterian Hospital has pled guilty to making false statements to government officials in their ongoing investigation of a bid-rigging scandal that lasted for half a decade.
