Law360, New York (September 7, 2017, 11:13 PM EDT) -- A suit from 15 states seeking to stop the termination of a deportation protection program for young immigrants is going to face some challenges in court, according to legal experts, who questioned the strength of its discrimination and procedure-based claims.

Fifteen states and the District of Columbia came out swinging on Wednesday with a lawsuit over the Trump administration’s decision to end Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, a program that provides temporary deportation protection to young, unauthorized immigrants.
