Notice OK'd In Overtime Action V. Mushroom Grower

Law360 (April 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Finding that the lead plaintiffs in a wage-and-hour suit against a mushroom grower adequately showed that quality control workers, weighers, prepack workers and compost site workers were uniformly denied overtime pay, a federal judge has granted the plaintiffs' motion to notify those employees of the collective action.
