Martin Shkreli In Custody After Clinton Comments

Law360, New York (September 13, 2017, 6:15 PM EDT) -- A Brooklyn federal judge revoked Martin Shkreli’s bail on Wednesday, saying the convicted securities fraudster’s social media post offering $5,000 for samples of Hillary Clinton’s hair and profane comments he directed at a journalist could be interpreted as threats.
