JPMorgan Workers Get OK To Use E-Mail In OT Suit

Law360 (April 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a putative collective action against JPMorgan Chase & Co., a federal judge has given technical support staffers the go-ahead to present as evidence an e-mail the workers claim supports allegations that the financial giant denied them at least three years' worth of overtime pay.
