Unisys Trades Crowell For Lindquist In DRAM Fight

Law360 (April 16, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Unisys Corp. has swapped Crowell & Moring LLP — disqualified by a judge over a conflict of interest — with Lindquist & Vennum PLLP and Sellar Hazard Manning Ficenec & Lai in its antitrust dispute with Hynix Semiconductor Inc. and Infineon Technologies AG over the market for dynamic random access memory products.

In an order Thursday, Judge Phyllis J. Hamilton of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California blessed the firm substitution that Unisys requested on April 6.
