Papa John's Doesn't Have To Deliver SS Nos.: Judge

Law360 (April 17, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has shot down a bid from collective action plaintiffs who are accusing pizza chain Papa John's International Inc. of misclassifying assistant managers as exempt from federal overtime pay requirements to compel the defendants to turn over the Social Security numbers of certain prospective plaintiffs.
