Fulbright Atty Apologizes To Judge, Staples Over Docs

Law360, New York (April 17, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Fulbright & Jaworski LLP partner has apologized to a federal judge and office supply giant Staples Inc., acknowledging that documents were inappropriately disclosed to a witness in a trademark dispute between two envelope companies.

On Thursday partner Mark N. Mutterperl, whose firm represents plaintiff National Envelope Corp. in the trademark case, acknowledged that the disclosure of three documents produced by Staples violated a protective order in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
