9th Circ. Backs NLRB In Arbitration Deferral Case

Law360, New York (October 17, 2017, 12:15 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Tuesday ruled that the National Labor Relations Board was right to defer to an arbitration award that found a utility worker was lawfully fired, in a case in which the labor board updated its standard for deferring to arbitration decisions in the future.
