Law360, New York (October 19, 2017, 11:06 PM EDT) -- A bipartisan trio of U.S. senators floated legislation Thursday that would require Facebook, Google and other online companies to clearly disclose the origin of political ads on their platforms and bar foreigners from placing them, potentially ramping up a long-running fight over what rules should apply in the digital space, experts said.
