Trustee Comes Out Against Adelphia’s Plan

Law360 (September 7, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Trustee involved in Adelphia Communications Corp.’s Chapter 11 restructuring has joined the growing list of interested parties to object to the bankrupt cable company’s proposed disclosure statement.

In court documents filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Manhattan, trustee Diana G. Adams said the feasibility of the disclosure statement and accompanying reorganization plan could not be analyzed until additional information on administrative and fee claims was provided.
